Terms of Service
By deploying or authenticating with the Pass platform and browser extension, you agree to comply with your organization's internal IT policies and the following enterprise terms.
Enterprise Usage Agreement
Pass is an access delegation gateway. It is designed to allow organizational administrators to delegate account access to team members and contractors without exposing underlying credentials.
Acceptable Commercial Use
Pass is strictly licensed for commercial and professional access delegation. Users are prohibited from using Pass for personal credential storage, non-business accounts, or installing the Pass browser extension on unauthorized or unmonitored devices.
Security & Hardware Key Responsibility
Users and administrators must maintain the confidentiality of their individual authentication credentials (passkeys, TOTP seeds, or hardware tokens). Any suspected unauthorized access, compromised device, or anomalous activity must be reported to your IT administrator immediately.
Prohibited Actions & Anti-Tamper Violations
Users must not attempt to reverse engineer the Pass extension, intercept DOM injection memory handles, bypass the 5-second ephemeral wipe protocol, or perform automated scraping of vault data. Any attempt to breach cryptographic tenant boundaries will lead to immediate token revocation and legal escalation.
1-Click Kill-Switch & Access Revocation
Workspace administrators retain absolute authorization to modify, suspend, or terminate credential grants at any given time via the Pass Admin Console. Once access is revoked, extension autofill is barred immediately with zero residual validity.
Zero-Knowledge Architecture Disclaimer
Pass operates under a Zero-Knowledge paradigm. Pass servers do not store master recovery keys or plaintext passwords. You acknowledge that if your workspace administrator permanently loses all hardware keys and recovery mechanisms, Pass support cannot decrypt or recover your encrypted vault.
